Returns and Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at abc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item to Jaipur. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds: After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
